**Overview:**

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer support and possess excellent computer literacy skills. Experience with Dentrix is a major plus.

**Duties:**

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer and direct phone calls using appropriate phone systems

- Maintain a tidy reception area

- Schedule appointments and manage calendars

- Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as needed

- Handle inquiries from clients and visitors

**Skills:**

The ideal candidate should have the following skills:

- Customer support experience

- Proficiency in computer applications, including Google Suite

- Familiarity with dental or medical office procedures

- Ability to handle various clerical and administrative tasks

- Experience as a personal assistant is advantageous
