As a vital member of our kitchen staff, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality meals that delight our guests and uphold our commitment to exceptional food service. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will help us deliver memorable dining experiences every day.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and portioning of ingredients
Use knife skills effectively for chopping, slicing, dicing, and other food preparation tasks
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and uphold quality standards during busy hours

Experience

Prior dietary department or dietary aide experience is highly desirable
Proven restaurant or fine dining experience demonstrating strong food preparation skills
Background in food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen operations within the food industry
Familiarity with menu planning, meal preparation, and food service techniques
Experience with catering and serving in fast-paced environments preferred
Strong culinary skills including knife proficiency, cooking techniques, and food presentation
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in a professional kitchen setting

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
