Pay: $16 – $18 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do

Answer incoming customer calls and educate homeowners about our services
Provide estimates over the phone and schedule appointments
Manage technician schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
Use our CRM system to document customer information and project details
Coordinate with field technicians to resolve scheduling, billing, and customer service issues
Perform customer follow-up after completed projects
Handle warranty calls, data entry, and other administrative tasks
Assist with day-to-day office operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, call center, or high-volume phone support
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
Experience with scheduling or dispatching service technicians is preferred
College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in the home services industry
ServiceTitan experience is highly preferred
QuickBooks experience
Marketing experience
