What You'll Do
- Deliver a warm and memorable experience for every patient from the moment they enter the store.
- Recommend products and services based on each patient's vision needs, lifestyle, and budget.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals while following company policies and procedures.
- Educate patients on eyewear options and help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Measure, fit, and adapt lenses and frames according to prescriptions, determine lens specifications, and perform minor eyewear repairs and adjustments.
- Identify and resolve prescription and eyewear concerns by providing effective solutions and outstanding patient care.
- Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional store environment that enhances the patient experience.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Active ABO and NCLE certification and/or applicable State license.
- Experience delivering outstanding patient and customer service as a Licensed Optician.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A consultative approach with confidence recommending products and services.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work on a schedule based on business needs.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
