Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our food service offerings. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, safety, and service standards. Your leadership will inspire creativity, maintain high culinary standards, and foster a collaborative environment that drives excellence in every dish served. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our culinary vision and deliver memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Duties

Develop and implement innovative menus that align with current food trends and guest preferences, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor.
Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and sanitation procedures to uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
Manage inventory control and food management processes to minimize waste, optimize costs, and ensure the availability of fresh ingredients.
Lead and motivate culinary staff through effective team management, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled workforce.
Oversee catering events, banquets, and special functions, coordinating all aspects of food production and service to ensure seamless execution.
Maintain compliance with health regulations, including food safety sanitizing procedures and proper food handling practices across all kitchen areas.
Collaborate with management on budget planning, cost control measures, and menu pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
Ensure consistent delivery of excellent food service experiences by monitoring shift operations, managing staffing levels, and resolving any issues promptly.

Experience

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role within a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
Extensive background in fine dining cuisine with a strong emphasis on food presentation and quality control.
Demonstrated success in supervising culinary teams, managing kitchen operations, and overseeing large-scale catering or banquet services.
In-depth knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, inventory management systems, and cost control techniques.
Experience with menu planning, food production processes, and implementing innovative culinary concepts.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage shifts effectively, and foster a positive work environment.
Familiarity with restaurant management systems and inventory control tools is preferred.
