Full-Time | In-Office | Benefits
Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 salary, based on experience.
The Opportunity
As our Customer Success Manager, you'll take ownership of our customer success and account management operations.
This is a management-level position with significant responsibility inside our company. You'll work directly with company leadership and be responsible for making sure our customers are taken care of after the sale, our agents have the support they need, and the processes connecting sales, underwriting, policy service, billing, renewals, and claims work the way they're supposed to.
This role doesn't have direct reports on day one — but as the company grows, we expect you to help build the processes, set standards, and eventually help build and lead the team responsible for account management and customer service.
You'll have the opportunity to learn how our operation works, take ownership of it, identify where things are breaking down, and make it better.
Our Values
Our values aren't just words on a wall. They're how we make decisions, work together, and hold each other accountable.
Competitive Greatness
Be at your best when your best is needed. You enjoy a hard challenge.
You'll be expected to push yourself to improve, take pride in your work, and hold yourself and the work around you to a high standard.
Sincere Candor
Nothing great can be built without feedback, internally or externally.
You'll need to communicate directly, be willing to give and receive feedback, and address problems when they need to be addressed.
Unimpeachable Character
Be the type of person with whom people are always proud to associate — personally and professionally.
Do what you say you're going to do. Take responsibility for your work. Build trust with our customers, agents, and the people you work alongside.
These values are how we hire, manage, promote, and hold ourselves accountable. If you identify with them, you'll likely fit in well here.
What You'll Own
You'll own the customer experience and account management process after the sale while working closely with sales, underwriting, billing, renewals, and claims.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day servicing of customer accounts
- Managing policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and other service requests
- Helping ensure new business moves cleanly from the sales process into an active policy
- Reviewing binding requests for completeness and accuracy
- Managing customer billing and payment questions
- Coordinating claims communication between customers, adjusters, and our internal team
- Following up on outstanding documentation and unresolved items
- Supporting agents with policy and customer-service needs after the sale
- Working with underwriting when risks or policy questions require additional review
- Assisting with agent and agency appointment documentation
- Maintaining accurate customer and policy records
- Identifying recurring problems, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies within the customer-service process
- Building and documenting procedures as we grow
- Establishing standards for customer communication, follow-up, and service
- Making sure issues are followed through to resolution rather than simply passed along
Most importantly, you'll own the process.
You'll need to know what's happening within your area of the business, recognize when something isn't working, and take responsibility for getting it resolved.

About Laris Motorsports Insurance
Laris Motorsports Insurance was built specifically for the motorsports industry.
We work with racing operations throughout the country across Drag Racing, Circle Track, and Road Course, helping protect competition vehicles, trailers, tools and equipment, pit vehicles, motorhomes, and other assets associated with a racing operation. We plan on expanding into Off-Road, Collector Car, and other additional lines of business in the near future.
Our mission is to change the way insurance is viewed in motorsports. We believe insurance should be more than a piece of paper and a promise; it's about relationships, education, fair treatment, and giving racers confidence that their operation is properly protected.
You don't need to come from motorsports to be successful here. If you bring a strong insurance foundation, good judgment, and the ability to take ownership of the customer experience, we'll help you learn the motorsports side of the business.
