Full Job Description

A Snapshot of Your Day:

Siemens Energy is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer/Operator of various equipment at the Deer Park, TX gas turbine tooling facility. The ideal candidate should have experience of CNC HAAS VF3, VF9 Mills and HAAS ST20 lathe programmer / operator.

How You’ll Make an Impact

· Manufacture, Inspect and machine various gas turbine tooling against drawing.

· Demonstrate the ability to assemble and fit parts.

· Demonstrate ability to operate the CNC equipment.

· Ability to read and understand drawing requirements.

· Support After Hours work to ensure coverage for field service.

· Support gas turbine product activity as needed in the rotor/assembly shop.

_ What You Bring_

· High School Diploma/ or equivalent

· 7 to 10 years’ experience in CNC programing/operator environment

· Forklift trained and certified.

· Experience in programming/operating CNC equipment

· Experience in CNC Router and Water Jet, CNC Plasma Cutter a PLUS.

· Experience in Manual machining a PLUS.

· Proficient in NX, SolidWorks, Mastercam, Gibbs Cam & Fusion 360

Expected hours: 40 per week (Full-time, Contract)

Schedule:

8-hour shift (Monday to Friday (6:30 am-3:15 pm, must be willing to work some Saturday’s)
