On-site in Spring, TX

Overview

Provide comprehensive support to executives by managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, handling communications, and facilitating effective business operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
Organize special events if asked.
Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on commitments.
Support expense reporting, purchasing, and invoice processing.
Coordinate onboarding activities and administrative support for the teams.
Manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
Anticipate managers’ needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and business documentation.

Problem-solving and critical thinking
Project coordination and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Microsoft 365 proficiency (Outlook, Excel, OneNote) and SharePoint
Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands
