Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Rodent Control Specialist to join our field sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our client acquisition and service process. You will be responsible for responding to hot leads, conducting thorough home inspections, building comprehensive quotes, and securing sales. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who excels in a client-facing role and thrives in a commission-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Response and Engagement: Promptly respond to hot leads provided by the company, setting appointments with potential clients to conduct on-site inspections.
Home Inspections: Perform detailed inspections of residential properties to identify rodent infestations and determine the necessary remediation services.
Sales and Quoting: Develop and present customized quotes to clients based on inspection findings. Effectively communicate the value of our services and close sales.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business and referrals.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the office team and wildlife specialists to ensure seamless service delivery and follow-up on sold jobs.
Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, lead status, and client feedback to upper management.

Compensation and Earnings:
This is a commission-only position, offering unlimited earning potential. Successful specialists in this role can expect to earn between $5,000 - $10,000++ per month based on performance and sales volume. There is no cap on commissions, allowing top performers to exceed these earnings.

Training and Support:

Paid Training: The first 30 days will consist of comprehensive paid training to familiarize you with our services, sales techniques, and company standards. Training will be conducted 5-6 days per week, ensuring you are fully equipped to succeed in this role.
Ongoing Support: Continuous coaching and mentorship from our experienced sales and management team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, particularly in a commission-based role. Experience in field sales or direct-to-consumer sales is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively convey the benefits of our services.
Customer-Focused: Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to providing exceptional client experiences.
Self-Motivated and Organized: Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple appointments, and maintain detailed records of sales activities.
Comfort with Physical Work: Willingness and ability to conduct home inspections, which may involve accessing attics, crawlspaces, and other confined areas.
Comfort with Heights: Ability to perform light handyman work on roofs and use ladders safely.
Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
Drug-Free: Ability to pass an initial and random drug tests throughout employment.
