Business Development Manager (Territory Sales)
Competitive compensation: draw + commission + bonus opportunities
Reports To Owner/Operations Manager

Must have an existing Book of Business in excess of $1MM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, well-connected Business Development Manager with active, revenue-generating business relationships to drive growth within a defined sales territory. You will represent RestoPros in the community, cultivate strategic partnerships, and expand our client base through hands-on, field-based business development.

This is a highly visible role suited for a motivated, outgoing professional who thrives on networking and producing measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Generate New Business: Leverage existing relationships and build new ones through proactive outreach, networking events, and cold calls.
Drive Sales Growth: Achieve annual revenue targets, averaging $2M+ across assigned markets.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, contractors, and other key referral sources.
Territory Development: Execute a personalized marketing plan to increase regional visibility and lead volume.
Pipeline Management: Track opportunities, leads, and performance metrics through CRM systems.
Strategic Outreach: Maintain a “Top 25 Client” list and ensure consistent follow-up to secure recurring business.
Brand Representation: Attend and promote the company at trade shows, community events, and networking functions.
Collaboration: Support team marketing initiatives, national blitzes, and catastrophic event response efforts when needed.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and trends to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, territory, or field sales in restoration.
Demonstrated ability to generate revenue through existing, active client relationships.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and managing high-volume pipelines.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities.
CRM proficiency.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; background check required.
