Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Commercial Sales Executive to join our commercial team. We are looking to grow our commercial book significantly in and around the Houston area. 3+ Years of commercial sales experience required.

Responsibilities

Hunt for new clients that need commercial HVAC services that we offer. Once you've closed the sale, you will manage the project. You will establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with these clients, ensuring Vibrant Mechanical is the First Choice for their next project.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target commercial clients seeking HVAC solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, project management, and customer support teams to design customized HVAC solutions that meet client specifications.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through deal closing.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, regular follow-ups, and exceptional customer support.
Stay current on industry trends such as data centers.

Requirements

Proven experience in Commercial HVAC sales.
Hunter sales acumen; goal driven and self-motivated.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and ductwork.
Demonstrated success in pre-sales activities including solution engineering design and technical presentations.
Excellent communication skills for client relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to analyze complex client needs and develop innovative solutions that align with business goals.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to use our CRM systems.

Base salary $50,000 to $70,000 per year, plus healthy commission bonus and car allowance. This is a commission based job, On Target Earnings over $100k.
