Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and innovative Social Media Director to lead our brand’s digital storytelling across multiple platforms. In this dynamic role, you will craft compelling content, develop strategic campaigns, and oversee social media operations to elevate our online presence. Your expertise in digital marketing analytics, media editing tools, and social media management will drive engagement, foster community relationships, and amplify our brand voice. Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals to maximize reach and engagement across all platforms.
Manage daily social media operations including content creation, scheduling, publishing, and community interaction using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and native platform features.
Lead content development efforts by overseeing graphic design, photography, video editing, and media editing to produce visually compelling posts that reflect brand identity.
Monitor digital marketing performance through analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Web Analytics, and social media analytics to optimize campaigns and report on key metrics.
Conduct social listening to gauge public sentiment, identify trends, and inform content strategies while managing online reputation through proactive relationship management.
Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure consistent messaging and leverage media opportunities for brand amplification.
Stay current with industry best practices in SEO, keyword research, social media content marketing, and digital marketing performance monitoring to continuously enhance our online presence.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Proficiency in graphic design and media editing tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
Skilled in using social listening tools and social media management applications like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
Deep understanding of SEO principles, web analytics (Google Analytics), marketing online analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent content writing skills with an eye for proofreading and branding consistency.
Strong relationship management abilities with experience in public relations and community engagement.
Ability to analyze data insights from social media platforms and marketing analytics to inform strategic decisions effectively.
