Full Job Description

Based in Sugar Land, Tx, PG Golf LLC is the world's largest recycled golf ball company and leading golf club supplier. Our brand promise is to build lasting relationships by exceeding expectations through integrity and a passion for golf, PG Golf LLC is looking for a quality individual to fill the role of Maintenance Associate.

Summary:

This critical role will be responsible to coordinate and maintain all process equipment in good working condition to support the golf ball production and refinishing operations.

Objective:

Work independently to perform assigned tasks as an Electro-Mechanic maintenance team member. Responsible for daily process equipment including all troubleshooting, repair, predictive, and preventative maintenance.

Essential Duties and responsibilities.

1. Maintain, rebuild, and repair machines and equipment.

2. Ability to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair defective plant machinery as assigned.

3. Demonstrate ability to dismantle and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment such as fans, pumps, tanks, conveyors, and other specialty equipment using power tools.

4. Work with Engineering to design, select, modify, and/or adapt equipment or procedures to specific project requirements.

5. Effectively communicate with co-workers and Department Leads on preventative and predictive maintenance.

6. Required to maintain work records (work orders, PM’s, Materials, and Parts).

7. Must have knowledge and experience of electronic controls.

8. Demonstrate analytical problem solving and attention to details.

9. Collaborate with team and contribute to continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements / Qualifications

1. Demonstrate ability to install, repair, troubleshoot and maintain machinery and equipment.

2. Formal electronic training on AC/DC circuits.

3. Working knowledge and use of safe work practices including Lock Out – Tag out.

4. Should have a thorough knowledge of mechanical related production equipment.

5. Can follow manufacturing/ equipment specifications.

6. Perform basic math calculations, understand blueprints, .

7. A journeyman Electrician License is a plus

8. Knowledge of HVAC

9. Should work well with others and have communication and interpersonal skills.

10. Perform preventive maintenance as directed by equipment schedule.

11. Perform simple welding, plumbing, and machining.

12. Test, calibrate, and repair electronic mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic measuring, recording, and indicating instruments and equipment for conformance to establish standards, and assist in formulating calibration standards.
