The role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing U.S. team. This role is ideal for a passionate recruiter who enjoys partnering with hiring managers, identifying top talent, and driving a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for both corporate and technical positions across the United States while supporting the continued growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and technical roles across the U.S.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
Create, post, and manage job advertisements across multiple recruitment channels.
Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates using a variety of recruitment strategies.
Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
Coordinate interview processes and support hiring managers in the selection and decision-making stages.
Maintain strong relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors when required.
Manage offer processes and support all hiring-related documentation in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure an excellent new-hire experience.
Conduct follow-up activities with new employees to measure engagement and satisfaction.
Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies.
Support broader talent management initiatives and employee experience programs.
Prepare and provide recruitment reports and updates to U.S. leadership and headquarters in Spain.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting for technical and/or engineering positions is highly preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Fluency in Spanish required.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
