Project Controls – Lead Scheduler/Planner

Work Location

Remote: (Travel: <25%)

Role Overview
The Senior Scheduler/Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining fully integrated project schedules, ensuring adherence to contractual milestones, internal execution strategies, and customer reporting requirement requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed project schedules using scheduling software, ensuring accurate tracking of milestones and deliverables.
Maintain alignment across project managers, estimating, engineering, and field personnel.
Develop detailed schedules in ProCore, Primavera, MS Project
Perform schedule variance analysis and corrective action planning.
Support forecasting, stakeholder reporter, and milestone reviews.
Prepare periodic status reports and forecasts for stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and anticipated changes.
Facilitate schedule review meetings with project stakeholders to discuss progress, incorporated changes, and overall project health.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in project controls and scheduling, preferably in the construction or power delivery industry.
Proficient in scheduling software (preferred ProCore exp) and familiarity with cost management and control processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various team members and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and documentation purposes.
