Full Job Description

Mamba Hospitality Group is a growing, family-built restaurant group with multiple concepts and eight locations across the Houston metro. Our reputation is built on high-volume service, strong neighborhood loyalty, and the front of house is where that reputation lives or dies every single shift. We're looking for a leader who can make excellence consistent across every dining room we run.

The Role

The District Service Manager owns the guest experience and front-of-house performance across all of our locations. You are coaching FOH teams, holding dining rooms to a consistent bar, and making sure every guest at every location gets the same quality of hospitality. This is a floor-first role for someone who loves the energy of a busy dining room and knows how to lead service teams to be sharp, warm, and fast.

What You'll Do

Oversee front-of-house operations across all locations: hosts, servers, bartenders, and service support staff
Set and enforce consistent service standards, steps of service, and guest-experience expectations across every dining room
Coach and develop FOH leadership and hourly service teams; build a strong service culture
Conduct regular location visits, especially during peak service, to observe, coach, and correct in real time
Monitor and respond to guest feedback and online reviews; drive improvements based on what guests are telling us
Manage FOH labor and scheduling efficiency in partnership with location management
Lead FOH onboarding and ongoing training to keep service standards high as we grow
Ensure dining rooms are clean, well-presented, and properly staffed at all times
Partner with location managers and ownership to resolve service issues and elevate the guest experience

What We're Looking For

3+ years of front-of-house management experience, ideally across multiple units or high-volume locations
Deep knowledge of service standards, hospitality, and what makes a great guest experience
Strong coaching ability so you can develop service teams, not just direct them
Comfort being on the floor during peak service across multiple locations, including evenings and weekends
A guest-obsessed mindset and high personal standards
Excellent communication and a calm, present leadership style

Preferred

Multi-unit or district-level FOH experience
Experience with full-service, high-volume concepts
Familiarity with guest-feedback and review platforms
Bilingual (English/Vietnamese or English/Spanish) a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary ($75,000–$80,000 depending on experience)
