With over 17 years of experience, we pride ourselves on delivering reliable, professional solutions that keep homes comfortable and safe.

Overview

We are seeking a sharp, adaptable Call Center Supervisor to lead our customer service team through an exciting transition. A1 Plus uses a hybrid of human and AI-powered call handling for incoming calls, which means this is not a traditional phone-queue supervisor role. Instead, you will lead a small, high-impact team of customer service representatives whose focus is quality, accuracy, and revenue — auditing AI-handled bookings, managing escalations, recovering at-risk customers, and proactively driving booked work. Your leadership will ensure our customers receive a seamless experience and that our move to an AI-first model strengthens, rather than dilutes, our reputation for prompt, professional service.

Duties

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3-4 customer service representatives in redefined roles focused on booking quality, exception handling, customer recovery, and outbound revenue
Audit AI-generated bookings for accuracy — correct trade (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, generator), job type, dispatch scheduling, and customer data — and correct issues before they reach the field
Own day-to-day exception and escalation handling for calls the AI routes to a human, ensuring complex and high-value opportunities are captured
Drive outbound and proactive revenue efforts, including unbooked estimate follow-ups, membership renewals, recall and aging-opportunity calls, and reschedule recovery
Manage the relationship with our AI call-center vendor (Avoca): flag recurring issues, request tuning, track resolution, and hold the vendor accountable to performance standards
Monitor key metrics — booking accuracy, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction on AI-first interactions — and implement improvements
Ensure accurate customer and service data flows cleanly into our systems (ServiceTitan)
Collaborate with technical and dispatch teams to relay customer needs accurately and keep schedules running smoothly
Keep the team engaged, clear on their value, and motivated through an evolving, technology-forward workflow
Ensure that Calls are classified properly in ServiceTitan and any 3rd party lead generator

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or operations role, ideally within a home services, trades, or other technical environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team through change
Comfort working alongside technology and AI tools, with the judgment to recognize when an automated system is performing well and when it needs intervention
Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities are a strong plus for serving our diverse community
Proficiency with computers, data entry, and CRM systems (ServiceTitan experience is advantageous but not required; training provided)
A quality-and-accuracy mindset, with the attention to detail to catch errors before they affect customers or technicians
Analytical skills to interpret performance data and turn it into process improvements
A proactive, revenue-minded approach — someone who sees freed-up capacity as an opportunity to grow the business, not just answer calls
