Job Title: MedSpa Client Coordinator Upper Kirby & Tanglewood

Are you a people person with a passion for aesthetics and wellness?

Bare Necessities Spa & Boutique—a premier destination for luxury skincare and now medspa services—is seeking an exceptional Client Coordinator to join our growing team. We’re expanding into advanced treatments including injectables and skin resurfacing, and we’re looking for someone with experience in a spa, medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology or wellness environment who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting.

About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests—responsible for delivering an elevated front desk experience, managing the schedule, handling administrative tasks, selling packages and supporting both our esthetic and medical providers. If you’re polished, personable, and ready to be the heartbeat of a high-performing medspa team, we want to meet you.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of front desk experience (medspa, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, or luxury spa preferred)
Professional demeanor with warmth, tact, and grace under pressure
Excellent multitasking and time management skills
Sales-driven with a natural ability to upsell and educate on services/products and packages.
Tech-savvy and organized (experience with Mindbody, Google Drive, Excel is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Willingness to learn about both spa and medspa services (e.g. LaseMD Ultra, injectables, peels)
Flexible availability for evening and weekend shifts

Duties Include

Creating a warm and welcoming client experience
Educating guests on skincare services and medical treatments
Managing appointment bookings and provider schedules
Promoting memberships, products, packages and seasonal offers
Handling inventory tracking and daily operational checklists
Supporting coordination between estheticians, RNs, and management
Maintaining a clean organized spa environment
