Full Job Description

General Responsibilities:

The Bilingual Regional Operations Manager provides influence and accountability of an assigned area that is in-line with overall company strategy and goals. This includes leadership, vision, direction and coaching of on-Site teams. The Regional Operation Manager will continually develop strategies to achieve the area’s financial, service and retention objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Communicate Effex Management Solutions vision and strategies to all members of the area team.
Establish and communicate area goals and objectives.
Provide direction and guidance in all aspects of operations.
Ensure that procedures outlining orientation, recruiting, audits, and other company policies are followed daily and that standards are being met.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws.
Conduct competitive market analysis and develop strategies to increase client retention and active customer accounts.
Maintain ongoing recruiting campaigns for the area and evaluate each site to ensure effectiveness.
Recognize and develop skills and abilities of the on-site team in order to achieve objectives and provide effective leadership for each division.
Provide direction for approach and practices of employee management, such as recruiting, hiring, training, disciplining, evaluating and terminations.
Routinely visit centers to assess quality of operations and team members.
Work closely with senior management to help build healthy, strong, future-facing partnerships.
Responsible for continued growth of allocated sites and new growth in area.

Experience (MUST):

At least 5 years of experience as a multi-state operational leader in staffing

Skills/Competencies:

Significant operational experience in a multi-site setting, with exemplary results solving customer and operational issues.
5-10 years of leadership experience, including managing others who are also managers.
Demonstrated knowledge of business operations in a multi-unit environment.
Ability to coach and develop others, including seasoned leaders.

Special Considerations:

Travel estimated to be around 40% , the other 60% will be in office in Houston, TX.
