We are expanding our marketing efforts and need a seasoned closer to take on the leads we provide. Experience of at least two years and the ability to build out your own financial plans is a must. In exchange we will build out a target rich environment for you.

If you've been at an RIA or a Brokerage where they told you to call your friends and family, then burnt you and handed those accounts to the next applicant, I get it. This isn't that company, we are looking for someone who has a long term vision to build a book and make the Howie Agency their forever home.

Duties

Develop personalized financial plans tailored to clients’ unique goals, risk tolerance, and market conditions
Advise clients on investment management, portfolio diversification, and cash management strategies
Stay current with industry regulations, securities law, and financial compliance standards to ensure ethical advising
Assist clients with estate planning, wills, trusts, and estate law to optimize asset transfer and tax efficiency
Manage ongoing client relationships through regular reviews, updates, and proactive communication
Educate clients on financial concepts such as securities law, tax implications, and industry regulations to foster informed decision-making

Skills

SIE, Series 65 or combination of equal licensing is required
Strong knowledge of wealth management principles, financial markets, and investment client management
Expertise in estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, and tax experience for comprehensive advising
Familiarity with FINRA regulations and industry standards for securities trading and compliance
Proficiency in financial analysis tools, research methodologies, and financial software applications
Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on building trust and long-term client loyalty
Solid understanding of banking operations, asset management, corporate accounting, and public accounting practices
Exceptional math skills combined with technical accounting knowledge to analyze complex financial data effectively

Pay: $40,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
