Job Description:

Are you someone who gets excited about helping others discover the perfect strain to match their mood or desired experience? Do you have a knack for making people feel at ease while discussing the finer points of cannabis? If so, we want you on our team as a Cannabis Connoisseur & Retail Associate!

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, guiding them through our diverse selection of cannabis products.

Educate customers on the various strainsand effects to help them make informed decisions.

Assist with inventory management, ensuring products are accurately stocked and organized, and ensuring product labeling is clear and accurate.

Operate the point-of-sale system with finesse and accuracy, processing transactions efficiently.

Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, including regular tidying and restocking of shelves.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge to provide the best possible service.

Qualifications:

Passion for cannabis and a desire to share your knowledge with others.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong multitasking skills and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
