Full Job Description

The vision and goal of our company is to first hit $100 million in annual revenue. To also become the premier staffing company in the Texas region and then expand nationally. Once we hit these goals, we will expand our footprint to a regional and national level. We will also continue to increase the revenue, gross profit and net income to higher marks. This will be in unison with contract, contract to hire, permanent placement and payroll services. In order for us to accomplish these objectives, I know as the owner/president, we need to add the correct management team, that not only has the passion for our business and employees but has the abilities plus a skill set to scale our business. One key role to this objective is identifying our Vice President of Sales/Revenue.

Skills and Duties:

· Strong knowledge of staffing

· Has built a sales team that has driven $70 million plus

· Directly reporting to President, Ari Susman and Operations Manager, Ana Yepez.

· Strong interview skills. From candidate selection, phone interviews or Teams, face to face interviews, behavior testing, explaining clear picture of company’s goals, explaining clear expectations and responsibilities, etc.

· Strong training skills and process oriented training program. Has a clear and precise training program that is a great first impression of A.D. Susman & Associates. Training on all sales duties (calls, meetings, ride along, role playing, networking events, stop offs, etc). A program that will prepare each new sales employee equipped to sell on their own.

· Running a Key Performance Indicators (KPI) tracker. Reinforcing sales production through KPI’s. Making sure sales team understands KPI’s and following the KPI can assist them in production sales. Running KPI reports and sharing with Ana and Ari.

· Mentoring and doing ride alongs with current and future salespeople. Helping them cultivate and sell the “A.D. Susman” way. Assisting them with new meetings, selling our services and assisting in closing deals. Getting in front of our current customer base and showing appreciation for them using our services.

· Opening new markets and driving new business and locations to the A.D. Susman portfolio. Market analysis for future office openings.

· Being a part of the management team. Having a weekly meeting with Ana and Ari regarding growth plans, new opportunities, reviews regarding salespeople, pricing, safety, new ideas, future hires, etc. We need a strong collaboration and we welcome new ideas, changes, open discussions, etc. It is vital to the company that our management team is strong but also listeners. We make a plan, we agree on the plan and we execute as a team.

· Running Monday morning sales meetings, going through pipeline summaries, holding monthly individual salesperson reviews to make sure they are staying on track

· This position is not required to be at company location every day. Monday morning is the only requirement to hold the weekly sales meeting and to meet with Ana and Ari for management meeting. The requirement is to utilize your time where is best for the growth of the sales and for the company. Travel is dependent on the same expectation. We want to open new markets (DFW. Austin, San Antonio, etc). We are depending on this person to utilize their time in the best efforts for the company and we are not making it a “must” for them to be in the office. We want them in the field as well as mentoring sales activity and people.

Compensation and Benefits:

All under consideration. We will discuss base salary and any additional commissions, bonus, PTO, etc. upon further discussions.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
