Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base within a designated territory. This role requires a strong focus on lead generation, relationship building, and delivering exceptional customer service while promoting our technology solutions. Specform Building Components (SBC) is an independent manufacture’s consulting firm based in Houston, TX, specializing in performance-based architectural and construction building product solutions. SBC collaborates with various industry professionals to deliver expertise, knowledge, and integrity in building projects across Southeast Texas. The company values reliable, innovative, and sustainable partnerships within the building industry, prioritizing quality service and customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory goals.
Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of our technology solutions.
Manage existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities for growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales management team to align on targets and strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products.

Skills

Proven experience in lead generation and direct sales within a technology-focused environment.
Strong understanding of territory sales principles and territory management techniques.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Experience conducting product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
Knowledge of roofing and waterproofing building products is a plus
Experience in the construction or building industry
