Job Summary
The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the Infinite Hitting Clubhouse by driving membership growth, maximizing client retention, and delivering an exceptional player development experience.
This leadership role combines business operations, sales, marketing, staff leadership, and customer service to ensure the Clubhouse consistently achieves its performance and financial goals.
The General Manager leads all aspects of the operation—from generating leads and converting prospective members to retaining existing clients, developing staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring every athlete receives a high-quality training experience.
Success in this role is measured through membership growth, client retention, revenue generation, player development, team leadership, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new membership sales through lead generation, follow-up, consultations, player evaluations, and facility tours.
- Convert prospective clients into long-term members through structured evaluations and relationship-based selling.
- Develop partnerships with local leagues, travel teams, schools, coaches, and community organizations.
- Execute grassroots marketing initiatives, community outreach, special events, camps, clinics, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
Member Experience & Player Development
- Build lasting relationships with athletes and parents to maximize member satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor player progress and ensure each athlete receives a structured development plan.
- Review game video and player performance data to support coaching recommendations and measurable improvement.
- Create an environment where players gain confidence through consistent results, accountability, and skill development.
Leadership & Operations
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop facility staff.
- Foster a culture centered on accountability, professionalism, player development, and exceptional customer service.
- Set performance expectations while providing ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Manage daily facility operations, scheduling, memberships, equipment, and overall Clubhouse presentation.
- Monitor key business metrics and ensure the Clubhouse consistently achieves operational and financial objectives.
Qualifications
- Passion for baseball and/or softball player development with the ability to evaluate player performance, communicate development plans, and help athletes build confidence through measurable improvement.
- Proven leadership and management experience in a sports training facility, sports complex, event venue, fitness, hospitality, or similar customer-focused environment.
- Demonstrated success managing daily business operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, facility operations, and business performance.
- Experience planning, coordinating, and executing baseball, softball, or other youth sporting events, tournaments, leagues, camps, or clinics.
- Strong sales, customer service, and relationship management skills with a proven ability to generate new memberships, retain existing clients, and build long-term relationships with athletes, parents, coaches, and community partners.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, coaching, and decision-making skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and service excellence.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM systems, scheduling software, point-of-sale systems, video analysis tools, or other sports performance technology is preferred.
- Knowledge of facility maintenance, sports equipment management, and operational safety practices is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Recreation Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent leadership and operational experience will be considered.

Candidate Profile
Prior coaching experience is not required. Comprehensive training will be provided on the Infinite Hitting player development system, sales process, membership acquisition strategies, and business operations.
Candidates must have a competitive baseball or softball background with playing experience at the high school, collegiate, or professional level. A passion for developing athletes and helping players achieve measurable improvement is essential.

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting base salary of $60,000 annually.

Work Schedule
This is a full-time leadership position requiring flexibility to meet the needs of our athletes, families, and business operations.
Typical Clubhouse Hours
- Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
Additional hours may be required for staff meetings, marketing events, community outreach, tournaments, camps, clinics, and special events.
