This role also owns AmniLab—leading product demonstrations, capturing customer feedback, and managing a small team of 2–3 who support lab testing, client project launches, and in-field customer support. The role also leads and manages AmniLaunch—Amniscient’s field implementation, customer support, and customer success function—owning on-site delivery and long-term account health. This is an in-office position based at Amniscient’s headquarters in Houston, TX.

- Product Testing, Development & Delivery
- Document testing efforts at AmniLab in collaboration with the Machine Learning team.
- Define launch success metrics (e.g., model accuracy, adoption rate, time-to-value).
- Collect data, run retrospectives, and feed insights back into the roadmap.
- Run bi-weekly roadmap and strategy sync with clients.
- Own UAT schedules, test scripts, and sign-off for all customer-specific features.
- Oversee the creation of technical playbooks and provide support for integrating Amniscient’s technology with third-party platforms and POS systems.
- AmniLab & Product Demonstration

- Plan and lead product demonstrations for prospects and existing customers, showcasing AmniSphere, the mobile apps, and live model performance.
- Gather, document, and synthesize customer feedback from demos and lab sessions, and feed insights back into the product roadmap.
- Manage a team of 2–3 lab staff, overseeing testing, client project launches, and in-field customer support.
- Coordinate lab-based testing in support of client project launches, ensuring changes are validated before customer deployment.
- Provide and coordinate in-field support for clients during and after launch, resolving on-site issues alongside the Engineering and Machine Learning teams.
