Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Marketing Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base and strengthening client relationships through strategic sales initiatives. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple accounts will help us achieve our growth objectives. This commission based position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales expertise while making a tangible impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to attract new clients and grow existing accounts within the B2B (business-to-business) sector.
Conduct engaging demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits to prospective customers.
Build strong relationships with clients through effective account management, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts confidently to close sales deals that benefit both the customer and the company.
Utilize analysis skills to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for expansion.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and customer service to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales roles such as Membership Sales or Fitness Gyms is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills to effectively articulate product value propositions.
Demonstrated ability in account management, outside sales, and B2B sales environments.
Experience conducting demos and sales presentations with confidence.
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate yourself and influence others positively.
Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and analysis tools.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
