Job Title: Director of Nursing

About the Role:

As a Director of Nursing at Fallbrook Rehabilitation and Care Center, you will play a crucial leadership role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional, person-centered care to our patients. As a Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department, promoting clinical excellence, and fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals to provide high-quality patient care, while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards
Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and programs to ensure optimal patient outcomes and quality of care
Collaborate with the Medical Director and other healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and evaluate clinical programs and services
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to promote professional growth and development
Foster a culture of open communication, respect, and empathy among nursing staff, patients, and families

Requirements:

MSN/MSN equivalent or higher degree in Nursing
Minimum [insert number] years of experience in a nursing leadership role
Current RN license in the State of Texas
Strong clinical and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage a department and lead a team
