Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Finance & Operations Manager to lead our financial strategies and operational excellence. This pivotal role involves overseeing financial management, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving strategic initiatives that support our global growth. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in financial analysis, accounting systems, and operational leadership to foster efficiency and fiscal responsibility across all departments.

Duties

- Manage U.S. subsidiary financial operations, including accounting, monthly closing, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

- Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards, tax requirements, and regulatory matters; coordinate with external CPAs and advisors.

- Oversee inventory, bonded warehouse, logistics, and supply chain-related financial controls and operational processes.

- Support HR, administration, and office operations to ensure smooth business activities.

- Act as the key liaison between the U.S. subsidiary and Taiwan headquarters for finance, operations, and administrative matters.

- Provide financial analysis and operational support to the Head of the Dinkle USA and the HQ office for business decision-making.

- Perform other finance and operations-related duties as assigned.
Experience

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Solid knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), financial reporting, and accounting practices.

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, auditing, and internal controls.

- Proficiency in ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Experience in payroll administration, HR administration, general affairs, and office management.

- Experience with logistics, inventory management, or bonded warehouse operations is a plus.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

- Ability to work effectively with both U.S. operations and Taiwan Headquarters.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a multinational or cross-border organization.

- Experience supporting a U.S. subsidiary or overseas operation.

- Familiarity with coordination between U.S. operations and an Asia-based headquarters.
