Job Overview
Huemn (pronounced "human") is a physician-led longevity and wellness studio with two Houston locations, growing toward a multi-location roll-up. Our motto is Better health creates better humanity — it's built right into our name, and we mean it. We're looking for one person to be the hands behind all of our marketing: social, paid media, content, events, email, and our day-to-day paid and vendor coordination.
The work matters here. This isn't selling something nobody needs — the marketing you do brings people through our doors who go on to transform their health, their energy, and how they age. You'll see the difference you make when you walk in, and come back.
This is an execution-first role with a real path to growth. You'll start by getting things done fast, organized, and well. As we scale locations, the person who proves they can own and run marketing has a direct path to growth in the company. We're not looking for someone to coast. We're looking for those who want to build something and grow with it.
If you're highly organized, learn fast, take a half-formed idea and run with it, and want in early on something that's scaling.
What you'll do
This is a wear-many-hats role. You'll fully own some of these and assist on others, but you'll have a hand in all of it:
- Own and grow our social channels — Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more. Plan, create, post, engage, and build the following. Make our socials perform.
- Help create video and content — shoot and edit short-form video, capture content in-studio, build graphics, write captions and copy. Video is front and center.
- Drive UGC (user-generated content) — source, capture, and repurpose authentic content from clients and creators, and manage creator/ambassador relationships.
- Set up and run nurture campaigns — build and manage the email and automated nurture sequences that turn leads into booked clients, plus our newsletter to our existing audience.
- Coordinate paid media — keep our day-to-day Meta and Google ads (or the agency/specialist running them) on track, organized, and reporting cleanly.
- Help with SEO — local SEO, on-page basics, and blog/content work that helps people find us.
- Plan and run in-person events — open houses, member events, partner and launch events, from logistics to promotion to follow-up.
- Oversee contractors and vendors — brief them, hold the deadlines and the quality bar, and keep outside designers, video, and agencies on track.
- Own the marketing calendar — keep everything across every channel organized and on schedule so nothing slips and every deadline is hit.
- Manage reviews and online reputation — drive and respond to Google and other reviews. This matters a lot for a local studio.
- Keep our website and landing pages current — update offers and pages, and build simple landing pages for campaigns.
- Manage our contact list / CRM — keep our audience data clean and segmented so campaigns actually land.
- Track and report results — simple, honest numbers on what's driving leads and bookings.
- Keep the brand consistent — one voice, one look, one message across every channel and both locations.
You'll take direction and half-formed ideas from the founder and turn them into finished, shipped work.
What we're looking for (in this order)
- Organized and reliable — this is the most important thing. You hit deadlines, you don't drop details, and you don't need to be chased. If "I forgot" is a regular part of your work life, this isn't your role.
- Smart and fast-learning. You can take a vague brief and run, fill in the gaps yourself, and figure out tools and tactics you haven't used before without hand-holding.
- A genuine self-starter. You've built or run something largely on your own — a side hustle, a project, an event, a small business, a personal brand, a sport at a high level. You work hard because that's who you are.
- Hungry for the path. You want to grow into a marketing leadership role and you're willing to earn it through the unglamorous work first.
- Marketing experience across social, content, email, or campaigns, roughly 1–3 years, or a portfolio/track record that proves you can do the work.
Nice to have (not required): experience in medspa, aesthetics, wellness, beauty, or healthcare; video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.); design (Canva, Adobe); paid ads exposure (Meta/Google); email platforms; a personal social following you've grown yourself.
We care far more about how organized, smart, and hungry you are than about your exact background. We can teach you our industry. We can't teach you to be reliable or to learn fast.
Before you apply
This is a build, not a coast job. We move fast, hold a high bar, and go the extra mile for the people we serve. The person who thrives here treats the work as their own; they own the outcome, jump on what needs to be done, and take pride in outworking the problem.
If you're looking for a predictable, low-key, 9-to-5 where you clock out and forget it, this honestly isn't the role, and that's okay. But if you've been waiting for a place to pour real effort into work that means something, and to grow fast because of it, we want to hear from you.
The deal
- Work that matters. Your marketing directly helps real people get healthier and live better — you'll see the impact, not just the metrics.
- Competitive pay for the level, plus the things that matter early: real ownership, fast growth, and a direct path to a leadership seat as we add locations.
- You'll work directly with the founder and have an outsized impact for a company this size.
- This is in-person, fast-paced, and hands-on. It is not a remote, slow, or sit-back role.
Our hiring process
- Apply with your resume and the screening questions below.
- A short intro conversation.
- A paid 1–2 week trial project — we'll hand you a real Huemn marketing task and you'll build it out. This is how we both find out if it's a fit. (We pay you for it.)
- Offer.
We move fast for the right person.
