Full Job Description

Overview

Premier Wireless is hiring a detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to support wireless implementations from order entry through provisioning, activation, and onboarding. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating with wireless carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate execution and a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate wireless orders from sale through activation and onboarding
Process orders accurately and maintain clean documentation
Track implementation milestones and timelines across multiple deployments
Coordinate provisioning, activation, shipping, and delivery details
Communicate status updates and next steps to internal teams and customers
Work with wireless carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) and vendor partners
Maintain accurate records in CRM and order management systems
Escalate complex issues to the Director and support resolution efforts

Qualifications

2+ years in sales support, order management, implementation coordination, or operations
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Comfortable working in CRM/order tracking tools and Microsoft 365
Strong communication skills and ability to manage priorities
Wireless/carrier experience is a plus

Nice to Have

Experience supporting larger deployments
Familiarity with MDM tools (Intune, Jamf, MobileIron, Scalefusion)
HubSpot experience
