Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team and drive our procurement processes forward with energy and precision. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain activities that ensure the seamless flow of goods and services across our organization. Your expertise will help optimize inventory levels and build strong relationships with suppliers to support our manufacturing and operational goals. Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify reliable suppliers and secure competitive pricing for goods and services.
Manage end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to maximize value while maintaining quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field operations, logistics, and inventory management, to forecast needs and streamline supply chain operations.
Monitor supplier performance, conduct vendor evaluations, and manage supplier relationships to ensure consistent delivery of quality products.
Oversee procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and supply agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, track inventory levels, and implement inventory control measures to minimize costs and prevent stockouts.

Qualifications

Proven experience in procurement management within industrial drilling operations, Water Well Drilling / Pump Service or supply chain environments.
Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to coordinate production schedules with procurement activities.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable contract terms.
Ability to analyze pricing data, manage vendor relationships, and oversee contracts effectively.
Understanding of logistics, vendor management, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
