Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, engaging with businesses and individuals through outbound calls and warm calling techniques. Your primary goal is to generate qualified appointments for our sales representatives by leveraging excellent communication skills, persuasive negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of technology sales. Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling strategies to establish rapport and interest.
Qualify leads by understanding client needs and presenting appropriate solutions related to technology and business development services.
Schedule appointments for the sales team with decision-makers in target organizations, ensuring a smooth handoff of qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM software such as Salesforce, updating client information and activity logs consistently.
Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on inbound inquiries generated through campaigns or outreach efforts.
Use effective communication skills to negotiate appointment times that align with both client availability and sales objectives.
Follow up with potential clients as needed to confirm appointments and nurture ongoing relationships.

Requirements

Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales, preferably within technology or technical sales environments.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer interactions.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions.
Knowledge of outbound calling techniques, warm calling strategies, and marketing fundamentals.
Ability to handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude throughout conversations.
