Job Title: Legal Marketing Liaison / PI Marketing Specialist

Location: Houston, TX (Field/Office Hybrid)

Job Type: Part-Time

We utilize state-of-the-art technology to ensure our patients' treatment journeys are meticulously documented, allowing us to deliver rapid, accurate records and SOAP notes to our legal partners.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Legal Marketing Liaison to serve as the bridge between our clinic and personal injury law firms across the Greater Houston area. In this Business-to-Business role, you will be the face of our practice, responsible for building trust, educating attorneys and paralegals on our unique value propositions, and driving consistent patient referrals. The ideal candidate is a natural networker who understands the Texas PI landscape and knows how to build relationships that result in mutually beneficial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Building: Identify, target, and establish relationships with personal injury attorneys, paralegals, and case managers within the Houston area.
Field Marketing: Conduct regular field visits, schedule lunch-and-learns, and host networking events at law firms to promote the clinic's services.
Brand Education: Clearly communicate our clinic's advantages, including our fast medical records turnaround, high-quality patient care, and streamlined portal access for law firms.
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our legal partners, ensuring any questions or concerns regarding patient cases or records are addressed promptly.
Tracking & Reporting: Maintain an up-to-date CRM with all law firm contacts, meeting notes, and referral data. Track ROI and adjust outreach strategies to meet monthly referral goals.
Event Representation: Represent the clinic at local legal association events, PI conferences, and community gatherings.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong yet friendly personality that can create a spark fun and engaging conversation with anyone.
Ability to represent our brand with excitement and passion.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to attorneys and law firm staff.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in using website forms to manage relationships.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for daily travel throughout the Houston metro area.
Exceptional people-person, easily adaptable to all conversations, relatable, and creates long-lasting relationships quickly

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working directly in the Personal Injury sector (medical or legal).
An existing, warm network of contacts at personal injury law firms in Houston.
A strong, professional Instagram (IG) presence: The ability to leverage your own or the clinic's social media to actively network, document field visits, and build digital rapport with local legal professionals.What We Offer
