Position Summary

SpringCreek Fertility is seeking a skilled and compassionate PRN Fertility Ultrasonographer to join our collaborative clinical team. In this role, you will perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations that support fertility evaluations and treatment plans. This is a PRN (as-needed) position with hours varying from 8 to 40 hours per week, primarily to provide coverage during staff PTO and other scheduling needs. Availability to work weekends and holidays, as needed, is required.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality transvaginal and pelvic ultrasound examinations for fertility patients.
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure accurate imaging and exceptional patient care.
Document ultrasound findings accurately and thoroughly in patient records.
Explain procedures to patients in a clear, professional, and compassionate manner.
Adhere to all safety, infection prevention, privacy, and confidentiality standards.
Maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and readiness for patient care.
Support a positive, respectful, and patient-centered environment for patients and colleagues.
Contribute to the delivery of outstanding fertility care through professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

ARDMS certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required.
Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound experience in fertility, reproductive medicine, or women's health.
Strong proficiency in transvaginal and pelvic ultrasound imaging techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Compassionate, patient-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
