Our team is committed to providing exceptional service in a collaborative work environment.

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Office Administrator to join our team. This role centers on managing our accounts payable process, with additional light administrative support for daily office operations. Your accuracy, organization, and discretion will help keep our financial workflows running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Process and verify invoices for payment; code, enter, and prepare payment runs
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain vendor records and ensure timely, accurate payments
Process credit card transactions
General data entry
Filing, document management, and correspondence
Other light administrative support as needed

Qualifications

Prior accounts payable or bookkeeping experience preferred
Experience with dealership management software (DIS/Keystone) a plus; willingness to learn required
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic office applications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Well-organized, dependable, and able to handle confidential information with integrity
Able to work on-site in Saugerties, NY

Job Type: Full-time · On-site

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
