Full Job Description

Warehouse & Delivery Manager

Are you self-motivated, organized, and looking for an opportunity to grow your career with an established company? Castle Building & Remodeling is growing, and we are looking for a dependable Warehouse & Delivery Manager to join our team.

This is a hands-on position responsible for keeping our warehouse, supply rooms, tools, materials, and delivery vehicles organized and running efficiently. You will play an important role in making sure our project teams have the materials they need, when they need them.

What You’ll Do

Receive and organize incoming deliveries and materials.
Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse, supply rooms, and tool storage areas.
Stage, load, and deliver materials and products to residential remodeling job sites throughout the Twin Cities.
Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. when needed.
Unload deliveries at job sites and communicate any additional material needs to the Project Manager or Production Team.
Pick up materials and supplies from vendors such as Home Depot and Menards.
Coordinate and pick up orders placed by our Design Team, including tile, drywall, and other remodeling materials.
Think ahead and anticipate upcoming material needs by maintaining close communication with Project Managers and the production team.
Track upcoming materials and help ensure projects have the necessary supplies to stay on schedule.
Assist with job-site cleanup and material removal when projects are completed.
Maintain Castle’s delivery vehicles, including scheduling routine maintenance and coordinating necessary repairs.
Keep tools, equipment, and materials organized and accounted for.

What We’re Looking For

The right person for this position is reliable, organized, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership of their responsibilities. You should be someone who can work independently, think ahead, and recognize what needs to be done without always being asked.

Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
Able to communicate effectively with Project Managers, Designers, Production Teams, and vendors.
Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day.
Comfortable working in residential construction environments and job sites.
Good understanding of construction and building materials.
Ability to prioritize multiple deliveries, pickups, and material needs.
Valid driver's license and a good driving record required.
Must be comfortable driving company vehicles and taking responsibility for their maintenance and upkeep.
Successful completion of a background check is required.

Starting salary of $49,000–$58,000 annually, depending on experience and knowledge
