Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will drive success as you help individuals navigate their Medicare options during the busy season.

Responsibilities

Provide clear, detailed information about Medicare benefits, coverage options, and enrollment procedures to help clients make informed decisions
Negotiate plan features and premiums to match client needs while adhering to insurance regulations and company policies
Build strong customer relationships through personalized communication, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and sales administration tools
Analyze client needs by assessing health insurance requirements, life insurance options, and other benefits to recommend suitable plans
Stay informed about changes in health insurance regulations, Medicare policies, and industry trends to provide expert guidance

Experience

Prior experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is highly desirable
Knowledge of health insurance
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite for managing client data and documentation
Strong analysis skills to evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Excellent communication skills for client interaction, benefits explanation, and client communication management
