Full Job Description

As a member of the hotel housekeeping staff, your primary responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of spa rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces within the spa premises. Your role is crucial in providing clients with a comfortable and welcoming environment during their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Maintaining Spa Rooms:
Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms according to established standards.
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and toiletries as necessary.
Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness.
Ensure all amenities are stocked and in good condition.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
Cleaning and Maintaining Public Areas:
Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways and restrooms.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
Wipe down surfaces and remove any stains or spills promptly.
Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment with care and according to manufacturer instructions.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents and injuries.
Report any safety hazards or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
Providing Excellent Customer Service:
Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
Address any concerns or complaints regarding cleanliness with professionalism and empathy.
Strive to exceed guest expectations and enhance their overall experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
