Full Job Description

```Duties```
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen, including food production, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of customers while ensuring high-quality food and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance on culinary techniques, food handling procedures, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front-of-house staff and management, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor food costs, portion control, and waste reduction to maximize profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new culinary techniques to continuously improve menu offerings.

```Experience```
- Proven experience in kitchen management, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of food production processes, culinary techniques, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team of kitchen staff.
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact with customers.

Note: Experience in bartending or cooking is a plus but not required for this position.
