Duties

Engage in outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients through community events, networking, telemarketing, and direct outreach
Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance solutions tailored to individual client circumstances
Manage sales administration tasks including policy documentation, client records, and follow-up communications
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand your local presence
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting with claims processes when needed

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred
Ability to analyze client needs effectively and recommend appropriate insurance products
Familiarity with sales administration processes and CRM tools for managing client information
Effective marketing skills to promote services within diverse communities
Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships
Knowledge of benefits administration and telemarketing techniques to generate leads and close sales
