Full Job Description

Step into an exciting role at Done Deal Auto Sales Client Care Department in Houston, Texas! We're on the lookout for a BDC/Internet Director to join our dynamic team. As the BDC, you'll take charge of our consultants, ensuring they excel in achieving departmental metrics and objectives related to customer interactions, appointment setting, showings, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor BDC Consultants to optimize performance
Collaborate with Sales Managers to maximize advertising ROI and enhance customer engagement
Uphold superior customer service standards while efficiently handling incoming leads
Leverage two years of Automotive Management experience to drive departmental success

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in CRM management, Elead experience is a plus.
Skillful in objection handling and identifying sales opportunities
Comprehensive understanding of retail and lease deal structures
Ability to maintain daily quotas for appointments, showings, and outbound calls
Exceptional telephone communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
Ensure compliance with the FTC Safeguards Rule regarding customer data confidentiality

Responsibilities Include:

Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential customers via phone and Internet channels
Overseeing daily operations of the Internet Sales Department
Generating and analyzing metrics to evaluate departmental performance
Managing access to Internet specials across various departments
Ensuring adherence to manufacturer requirements for lead management and website design

As the leader of our team, you’ll be responsible for:

Guiding your team to provide prompt, informative responses to product and service inquiries.
Training team members to use a consultative approach that educates customers on vehicle options and additional offerings.
Overseeing the scheduling of sales appointments to encourage dealership visits and vehicle inspections.
Driving the team’s efforts to meet and exceed the Business Development Center’s sales targets.
