Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Resale Sales Associate/Boutique Stylist and become a vital part of a vibrant resale boutique environment! In this energetic role, you'll engage with customers, showcase curated merchandise, and create memorable shopping experiences. Your enthusiasm and style expertise will drive sales, foster customer loyalty, and help us promote sustainable fashion. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop retail skills while working in a lively, fashion-forward setting.

Responsibilities

welcome customers providing exceptional service
Assist customers in selecting items that match their style preferences, offering personalized styling advice and product education
Operate the cash register (POS system), handle retail sales transactions accurately, and manage cash drawer procedures with integrity
Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits to maximize sales opportunities
Stock new inventory , organize displays, and ensure the boutique remains tidy, attractive, and well-merchandised
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store products, current trends, and inventory levels to provide informed assistanceRequirements
Previous retail/Resale sales experience preferred; knowledge of designers- top fashion brands and the resale industry
proficient in POS systems, cash register operation
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse customers
Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally over the phone or via messaging platforms
Proficient with computer and online applications such as Poshmark, and an online store platform
Basic photographing of inventory and items
Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for sales processing and inventory management
Knowledge of retail store products- ability to research new merchandise for pricing - merchandising techniques, and customer service best practices
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or peak hours as needed

Our ideal candidate would be 20 years or older, able to work morning shifts and-or afternoon shifts. Two Saturdays a month and available year round not seasonal.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
