Responsibilities

Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
Collaborate closely with sales agents to coordinate property showings for clients
Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to assist in refining clients’ home search preferences
Assist in preparing and negotiating purchase offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation efforts
Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team guidelines
Actively participate in team meetings and events as required
Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
Maintain accurate records of all activities and tasks using PLACE Technology systems

Qualifications

Passionate about interacting with people and adept at fostering and sustaining professional relationships
Motivated by a genuine desire to help others and eager to grow knowledge in real estate and leadership
Committed to providing an exceptional, client-centered experience
Consistently maintain a positive and energetic attitude
Comfortable with and prepared for extended periods of driving
Proficient in recognizing client needs and matching them with appropriate properties
Dedicated to continuous learning and personal development
Results-driven with a proven history of success
Hold a high school diploma or an equivalent credential
Possess a current, valid real estate license
