Full Job Description

Medical Office Manager:

A well-established healthcare agency is seeking a Medical Office Manager for one of our mental health clinics in Valley Stream. We are seeking a friendly, upbeat, well experienced candidate to become a part of our team. Setting is quick paced and requires strong multi-tasking skills, reliability and a desire to grow within the company. The right candidate should possess experience in a medical setting with great telephone and interaction skills. We are looking for a motivated and assertive person with good verbal, writing and organizational skills. Good working knowledge of MS Office and Excel programs a plus. Bilingual is a PLUS.

Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:

· 5 plus years medical experience/behavioral health

· Exceptional organizational ability and multitasking skills

· Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional reports, phone calls and emails

· Complete understanding of all office software and programs

· Attention to details, working knowledge of human resources best practices, basic interviewing skills and basic training skills

· Coordinating workflows and schedules

· Implementing office policies and procedures

· Delegating administrative tasks

· Ensuring compliance with regulations
