As an Insurance Producer, you can be in control of your own financial future building a book of profitable insurance business in Home, Auto, Business and Life insurances. As an independent, insurance agency, we represent many of the top insurance carriers in the country offering the insurance producer multiple opportunities to help customers. Requirements

Licensing: Must possess an active Property & Casualty License along with a Life & Health license or obtain these by taking a 40 hour class each and passing the exam prior to employment. It is a commitment and it will be worth that commitment to the right person.

Sales Experience: Previous, successful sales experience required and does not have to be insurance experience.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Client-Focused: Dedicated to achieving outstanding client satisfaction and building strong client relationships.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.

Technology Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and various digital communication tools.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in both remote and in-office environments, maintaining productivity and team cohesion.

Professionalism: Display a positive and professional demeanor when representing The Hutch Agency.

Organization: You must be highly efficient and organized. Ability to follow-up and to complete tasks. A team player.

Responsibilities

You must enjoy and embrace cold calling. You have to possess the desire to work for it! Former athletes and competitive individuals understand and usually do very well in this role.

Engage with potential clients, providing them with insights into various insurance products and services that fit their needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust with the agency.

Handle inbound and outbound client communications professionally and efficiently.

Customize insurance plans to accommodate the unique risk profiles and coverage needs of each client.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within client portfolios to enhance client value.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product offerings to provide clients with informed recommendations.

Participate in training and development sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
