At North Alabama House Buyer, we purchase homes for cash throughout Huntsville and the surrounding North Alabama market.

Founded by local investors Josiah and Josh, our mission is simple: provide honest, straightforward solutions for homeowners. We’ve built our reputation on being a trusted local resource—whether we’re the right fit to buy the home or helping point the seller in the right direction.

As our marketing and lead flow expands, we are looking to add a strong communicator to our team who can help guide homeowners through the first step of the process.

Position Overview

As a Client Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners reaching out about selling their property. Your role is to have structured, professional conversations, gather key information, and determine whether the situation is a good fit for our team.

This is not a high-pressure sales role—it’s about listening, asking the right questions, and moving opportunities forward.

Location: Huntsville, AL (in-office)
Schedule: Full-Time
Industry: Real Estate / Sales Support / Client Services

Compensation

Competitive base pay + performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound homeowner inquiries (phone, text, email)
Conduct outbound follow-up with warm and existing leads
Have structured conversations to understand seller needs and timeline
Gather accurate property and situation details
Document all interactions clearly in the CRM
Schedule qualified appointments for the acquisitions team
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects over time
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion

Required Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
Experience in customer-facing roles (sales, service, call center, etc.)
Ability to build rapport quickly and make people feel comfortable
Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-up
Comfortable handling a high volume of conversations
Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems
Self-motivated, coachable, and reliable

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Background in appointment setting or lead qualification
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Experience working with inbound marketing leads
