You will oversee the strategy, performance, and presentation of luxury showrooms:

Key Responsibilities ? Tailored to Designer & Builder Engagement
- Showroom Experience & Display Strategy Curate inspiring, design-forward display sets that help designers and builders visualize solutions, guide clients, and close projects with confidence.
- Designer & Builder Sales Programs Develop referral-driven sales programs for plumbing and lighting designers, and create an incentive program for custom home builders that rewards them for directing clients to any PWSG showroom.
- Digital Marketing for the Design Community Lead digital campaigns that highlight new collections, project inspiration, and showroom events tailored to designers and builders.
- Policy & Process Leadership Establish sales and return policies that support a premium client experience while protecting margins and ensuring smooth project workflows.
- Vendor & Market Engagement Attend national plumbing and lighting markets to source new lines, negotiate inventory buys, and manage rotations, returns, and buy-backs ? ensuring designers and builders always have access to the latest trends and trusted brands.
- Staffing & Compensation Strategy Build teams that understand the needs of design professionals and builders, and create compensation structures that reward expertise and exceptional service.
- Full P&L Ownership Lead all financial aspects of showroom operations, ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and long-term growth.
- Bi-Monthly Travel Visit each showroom every two months ? or more frequently when sales opportunities, merchandising needs, or operational issues require hands-on leadership.
