CCI Facility Support Services, LLC is expanding its workforce and is seeking a Records and Documents Manager. The Records and Documents Manager will provide a full range of Federal and State records and documents management and analysis support functions to our government client. The primary areas of responsibilities are Records and Documents Maintenance, Correspondence and File Plan Development, and Electronic Records Disposition through Electronic Records Archive (ERA). This position collects, maintains and distributes all documents and correspondence necessary to support the Environmental Restoration Branch of the Environmental Management Division. This position controls these documents and correspondence to ensure conformance to customer requirements and utilizes and maintains a comprehensive filing system and computer database for all documents to be retained in the document control center. They will also manage the operation of the document control center to ensure that all users have the latest revision of appropriate documentation in a timely manner.

This position will report to our office location at Redstone Arsenal.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties, but not all duties performed for this position. Other duties may be assigned.

Collect and maintain correspondence, documents and files of the latest revision in order to assist in the tracking and management of a Federal and State environmental cleanup program.
Distribute latest revision level documentation to all appropriate users and ensure that obsolete documentation is removed from distribution in a timely manner
Perform clerical typing duties to generate documents as necessary.
Review documents and catalog and file according to existing structure set forth for these documents.
Utilize and maintain a comprehensive filing system and computer database for all documents to be retained in the document control center.

Possession of previous experience in document and records control a plus but not a requirement

Additional Qualifying Factors:
As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening (post accepted offer) and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. Light to moderate lifting may be required. Regular, predictable attendance is required. If required, must properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times including but not limited to: hard hats, steel toed boots, eye protection, respiratory protection, and hearing protection. Must always maintain a constant state of mental alertness.

Working Conditions:
Job is performed in an office location. The office setting includes exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and loud noise.
