Summary

Growing hospitality company in Dallas is now looking for a marketing and social media manager with graphic design experience. If you are someone who is outgoing, creative, likes to engage with people, and loves to have fun this is for you! We are looking for someone who can work with our team in expanding our marketing outreach as well as growing our social media presence. We want someone who is reliable, out going, driven, and most importantly delivers on execution! Additionally we are looking for an individual with a track record of producing creative print, digital, motion, and exhibition solutions. You should have the ability to translate requirements from a creative brief into designs that communicate the right messages while capturing the attention of those who see them. Essential Functions

Create digital and print design for a range of projects, including brand identity, landing pages, digital advertising media, social media graphics (static and animated), packaging, in-store materials, toolkits, key art, sales and promotional materials, brand books, and more
Implement projects with a strategic mindset leveraging insights, tapping into cultural trends and blending design wizardry to deliver creative that is breakthrough and connects with our consumers.
Adapt brand and product activation initiatives to the digital space
Work effortlessly across our portfolio of brands leveraging defined identity systems, typography, and voice to deliver creative solutions that are unique to each brands objectives and strategy
Maintain efficient and scalable production of all digital & print assets — re: templates, resizing and versioning
Pitch and present work and be able to clearly communicate concept rationales
Manage multiple projects from concept through completion

Additional Functions

Lead social media community management, delivering consumer response that builds brand affinity and drives engagement
Apply the latest social trends and performance insights
Support ad hoc social listening to deepen consumer understanding around specific topics and deliver insightful point of view back to Brand Team
Assist in developing social strategies for brands across the JY Hospitality portfolio through close partnerships with key Brand and stakeholders
Collaborate with outside agencies and social media platform

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer for 4-6 years
Portfolio of completed design projects
Expert level experience with image editing and design software
Strong aesthetic skills with exceptional typographic abilities
Attention to visual details
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate in a team environment
Good verbal and written communication skills
BFA, or BA degree in Design, Visual Communication or Social Science
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
