MRI Technologist—PRN

WORK LOCATION: Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas, TX 75231

WORK HOURS: PRN Rotating Shifts, including on-call and holiday requirements

DEPARTMENT HIGHLIGHTS:

Level I Trauma Center
Comprehensive Heart Attack and Stroke Center

Over 75k procedures performed annually in Diagnostic Radiology
Cover ED, Inpatient, Outpatient, and Surgery
Equipment – DR diagnostic rooms and portables, fluoroscopy, C-arms, O-arm, robotic angiography systems
Team of 40+ staff
Equipment – Siemens 1.5T and 3T Scanners

HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED:

Other – Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology upon hire required OR
Associate degree preferred.
Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Required
1 years’ experience in Medical Imaging Required AND
1 years’ experience in MRI preferred
1 year hospital experience strongly preferred.
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required AND
ARRT - American Registry Radiologic Technologists MR Upon Hire Required OR
ARMRIT - American Registry Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists Upon Hire Required OR
ARRT - American Registry Radiologic Technologists R Upon Hire Required OR
ARRT- American Registry Radiologic Technologists CT Upon Hire Required OR
ARRT - American Registry Radiologic Technologists N Upon Hire Required OR
NMTCB - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board CNMT Upon Hire Required AND
GMRT – General Medical Radiologic Technologist if ARRT(R), (CT), (N) OR CNMT Upon Hire Required AND
ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists MR if ARRT(R), (CT), (N) or CNMT 12 Months Required OR
ARMRIT - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists if ARRT(R), (CT), (N) or CNMT 12 Months Required
